Citation-constrained implementation planning for pediatric psychosocial oncology

It takes an innovation and a care setting. It pulls papers from Europe PMC and Semantic Scholar, then a language model drafts a plan that can only cite those records; a verifier flags anything that does not match. The plan is organized around CFIR determinants, ERIC-aligned strategies, a Proctor implementation blueprint, and RE-AIM evaluation. Decision support only; not clinical advice.

Schema-constrained PROM scoring from an encounter transcript

It treats a visit transcript as instrument administration, not as a draft note. Each field has to point to a verbatim excerpt or be marked not addressed. Items that were never measured stay missing instead of being filled in as zero, and anything that wasn't asked comes back as a gap list. Research demonstration; not a medical device.
